Jason Voorhees (again)

First appearance (looking like this): Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday (1993)

Jason gets blown up and then it turns out he's actually some kind of worm thing that possesses people or something. Also Jason's mom visited a bunch of other horror movie locations when Jason was growing up? (There's a copy of the Noturum De Montos, a mandarin dagger, the box fluffy from creepshow was in...) Yet another adventure of Jason Voorhees that doesn't take place at Camp Crystal Lake.

Lassander Dagmar

First appearance: We Are Still Here (2015)

A couple moves to a new home in a small town hoping to recover from the recent loss of their son. Once they've moved in strange things start happening. Is it their son trying to communicate from the other side?
When their neighbours swing by to welcome them, they also tell them the sad story of the family who the home was originally built for. And since everyone's acting weird the unhappy couple invite their hippy buddies over to help try to communicate with the apparent spirit hanging around the home. And since that's never resulted in anything good happening to anybody, mayhem ensues!

One of the best haunted house flicks I've seen in a long time. check it out!

A group of Young friends is sucked into the world of 1980s Cult Slasher CAMP BLOODBATH on the anniversary of one of the star's death. will they be able to figure out the rules and tropes of the slasher flick and escape to reality?

Dave Sheldon (Winterbeast)

First appearance: Winterbeast (1991)

Some forest rangers stumble upon some kind of nefarious lodge owner who's some how summoning monsters or something? I'm not really sure what's happening in this movie. It was shot over sixteen years on various formats and includes a bunch of randomly inserted stop motion monster attacks. characters facial hair changes between shots due to the length of time it took to film the movie. Locations change during conversations where characters aren't moving. It definitely falls into the category of "It Must Be Seen To Be Believed!"

Fuad Ramses

First Appearance: Blood Feast (1963)

Dorothy Freemont wants to arrange catering for her daughter Suzette's party. she visits the shop of local Egyptian caterer Fuad Ramses.  Fuad tells Mrs. Freemont that he'd like prepare a feast that has not been prepared in over 5,000 years. This feast is called "The Egyptian Blood Feast." Mrs. Freemont lets him know in no uncertain terms that she needs the catering for the party in two weeks.
Fuad assures her he has almost all the ingredients he needs. A deal is agreed upon and Fuad sets about gathering the ingredients.
Unfortunately the ingredients he needs are human flesh! You see Fuad worships the Egyptian Godess Ishtar and this Blood Feast thing is actually a series of sacrifices to his Godess! Good thing for him people in the 1960s thought a meal called a "Blood Feast" sounded delicious and not at all creepy or disgusting!
Will the police manage to stop Fuad before he gathers all his ingredients?
But seriously, why would you agree to hire a guy who wants to set up something called a BLOOD FEAST for your teenage girl's birthday party?

Widely considered the first splatter film and is notable for its on screen depictions of extreme gore.

Pamela Voorhees

First appearance: Friday the 13th (1980)

A bunch of horny teens get killed at a summer camp they're trying to re-open. You see, at some point in the past some kid drowned in the lake because a bunch of horny teens were behaving like a bunch of horny teens instead of doing their jobs as camp counsellors and that kid's mom wasn't very happy about that. She takes matters into her own hands.
But did her child actually die when they drowned in the lake?  Who's killing the teens? If you haven't figured it out you didn't look at the image at the top of this synopsis nor have you paid any attention to any pop culture references pertaining to this particular slasher movie franchise.
I still don't understand why after 10 movies in the franchise they decided it needed to be re-booted. There's no hard continuity through out the series. The basic premise of the movies is pretty simplistic, its really a series that can just exist in a world of infinite sequels. Unless your plan is to focus on Mrs. Voorhees again. Jason's pretty much a modern legend now and there's no need to re-tell his origin story.
So if you're out there thinking of making a new movie about Jason Voorhees, just make it a sequel stop trying to retell his origin, the fans want more they don't want rethinking of what makes the hulking masked morality lesson tick.
But enough of my ranting.

Rhoda Penmark

First appearance: The Bad Seed (1956)

Little Rhoda Penmark is really not happy that she didn't win the "Best Penmanship" medal at school. She's especially not happy Claude Daigle did win it. Sadly, Claude has an accident at the school picnic. So why isn't Rhoda more upset about Claude's accident?

I don't know why it took me so long to get around to seeing this flick. It's great. Patty McCormack is occasionally terrifying as Rhoda. Especially when her control over her mother or the situation starts to slip. The movie ends differently then the novel and play it's based on. The Hays code's "Crime can't pay" attitude forced the movie to change the ending resulting in one of my favorite movie endings ever and one of the goofiest post credit sequences I can think of.
